Chapter 1: General
Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of and the Company in using the services provided by Wiinfluencer (hereinafter referred to as the ”Service”) operated by Wise Commerce Corporation (here in after referred to as the ”Company”), and to guide non-members in using the Service.
Article 2 Definition of Terms
① Service: means all services related to Wiinfluencer provided by the Company for users to use regardless of the device on which it is implemented (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs and handheld devices), and API applications or web/app services developed using them.
② Member: A person who has registered as a member of Wiinfluencer and can continue to use the services provided by the Company.
③ Non-member: A person who uses the services provided by the Company without registering as a member.
④ Brand: A person who promotes products through Wiinfluencer and sells products to users through targeted links.
⑤ User: Refers to both members and non-members.
⑥ ID: Means a combination in the form of an email selected by the Member and verified by the Company to identify the Member and use the Service.
⑦ Password: Means a combination of letters or numbers determined by the 'Member' for personal information and verification of the Member.
⑧ Domain: Means a unique Internet address applied for by the Member and granted by the Company for the Member's use of the Service. For all services provided by the Company, the Company may provide additional separate domain addresses depending on the service.
⑨ Points: means certain non-cash assets granted by the Company to the Member as a result of using the Services provided by the Company and by certain criteria.
⑩ Content: means the posting of texts and images that record a comprehensive evaluation of products.
⑪ Dormant Account: means an account that has been inactive for some time and has limited functionality such as login.
⑫ Withdrawal: means to cut off the relationship with a service or organization that was in a relationship with the Company and withdraw.

⑦ If the member's purpose of use or method of using the service infringes or may infringe on the company's property rights or goodwill.
⑧ If the member engages in the mass creation of IDs and domains through abnormal methods.

⑧ Posting advertisements and promotional materials that have not been negotiated in advance with the Company.

⑩ Other illegal acts that violate current laws and regulations.

① The above rights include the right to reproduce, display, distribute, portray, and create derivative works of such content, and the Company and the Brand must indicate the source when using such content.
② The Company may request the Brand to stop using such works after one year, and the Brand shall comply with such request in good faith.
③ The Company may request the Brand to discontinue the use of the work if the Company assesses that the content is likely to infringe on the rights of others or violates the Company's policies or applicable laws.
① Modifying the size of the post, such as converting or simplifying it, to use it within the Service (including when the Service is provided within a certain area of a site or media operated by a third party).
② To cause the media, telecommunications companies, etc. to report or broadcast the contents of the post or to reproduce, transmit, or display the post to promote the Company's services; however, in this case, the Company shall not provide the post or the user's information to the media, telecommunications companies, etc. without the user's consent.

(hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') protects users' personal information and rights and interests by relevant laws such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (hereinafter referred to as the 'Information and Communications Network Act') and the Personal Information Protection Act, and to smoothly deal with users' grievances, we have the following handling policies.
The company collects only the minimum amount of personal information to provide services for the following purposes, and does not use the collected information for any other purpose or disclose it to the outside without the user's consent.

In principle, the company destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of processing personal information is achieved, and the destruction procedure and method are as follows.
1) Destruction procedure
The information entered by the user for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose of collection is achieved (separate documents in the case of paper) and is stored for a certain period or immediately destroyed by internal policies and other related laws. At this time, the personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any other purpose except in cases required by law.
2) Destruction method
- Information in electronic files is deleted using a technical method that cannot reproduce the record.
- Personal information printed on paper is shredded with a shredder or destroyed through incineration.
Users or legal representatives may exercise their or their rights related to the protection of personal information of children under the age of 14 against the company at any time. Users or legal representatives may request withdrawal of consent or withdrawal of membership if they do not agree to the processing of personal information by the company. However, in this case, some or all of the services may be difficult to use.
1) To view or modify personal information, click “Change personal information” (or “Edit member information”, etc.), and to withdraw from membership, click “Withdraw membership” on the website, go through the identity verification process, and then directly view or correct or you can opt-out.
2) Or, if you contact the person in charge of personal information management in writing, by phone or by e-mail, we will take action without delay.
3) If a user requests the correction of an error in personal information, the personal information will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. In addition, if wrong personal information has already been provided to a third party, the result of the correction will be notified to the third party without delay so that the correction can be made.
4) The company handles personal information that has been canceled or deleted at the request of a user or legal representative as specified in '5. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information' and prevents it from being viewed or used for any other purpose.
1) The Company uses 'cookies' that store and retrieve information about users to provide customized services to users and to provide services more quickly. A cookie is a small record information file that the server stores on the user's hard disk when visiting a website. When the user visits the website afterward, the website server reads the contents of the cookie stored on the user's hard disk to maintain the user's preferences and provide customized services.
